Here we are, 6 days after deciding to move up the schedule. So, how are things going? They are going well, though I'll probably be working on this up until the last minute. At the time of writing, I have rendered 32 new images. Some of these won't be part of 0.15 but are going to be used when scenes expand with the introduction of ability training in a later version. There are more renders to do before I'm done, but the majority are complete, including most of the complex ones. The rest should be relatively smooth sailing. I have actually rendered more content for 0.15 than I thought I would, but that's a good thing. I'd rather be too inspired than face the alternative.
I have completed several large chunks of writing as well. Most of the scenes are almost entirely written. The big remaining hurdle is the upcoming spellcasting puzzle, which is always tricky to write. I know where I'm going with it though, so I don't foresee any significant challenges in this regard.
As for gameplay improvements, those are kind of up in the air right now. I'm hoping to include rollback and a simple GUI to show how much money you have, but either of those might be delayed to a later version if I run out of time. I think I will be able to do them though, so no worries yet.
So, in short, things are looking good for a release next week. Looking forward to sharing the fruits of my labor with you all then.
