I love the development of the relationship between Tinn and Gun in this episode. I like the song a lot as well. I hope they will release a actual MV or at least a Spotify version. Just one thing about the brain surgery part. I am not a neurosurgeon, but I believe (according to my knowledge) the part of the patient being put to sleep at the start is accurate. Patients will be sedated when they are opening the skull because that part you "can feel" (skin/bone). Patients might be awake later in the surgery.
