Final Fantasy VII Rebirth Diaper Mod is Here!

This mod is a work in progress, and I’m still adding new content and fixing bugs. Please note that there may be some texture issues along the way, but testing takes time, especially considering how massive (and beautiful) the game is :)

It’s been a challenge, as I’ve had to modify over 40 meshes to incorporate diapers into the outfits of all characters.

Currently, you’ll find diaper mods and variations for:

Cloud
Tifa
Aerith
Yuffie
Cait

This mod is modular. An explanation has been added as picture to this post. To make a character mod fully work, you'll need it's full vertical stack of files combined in the "~mods" folder of the game (you need to create it in the "Pak" folder").

Future updates will include Goodnites, pacifiers, diaper under clothes, and of course, wet mods :)

[08/06/2025] Added Tifa Diapered topless, Aerith diapered (normal and poofy) topless and Yuffie diapered (normal and poofy) open top.

[25/05/2025] Added Tifa diapered (poofy diaper) topless.

[08/04/2025] Added Cait Sith Diapered with bonnet (Rebirth_DP_mod_Cait_Bonnet_P) and Scarlet diapered under long dress (Rebirth_DP_mod_Scarlet_DPUDP_P).

[07/04/2025] Fixed Rebirth_DP_mod_Elena_DPUDP_P (no textures showing). Added Scarlet diapered).

[04/04/2025] Added Elena diapered under pants (not tested yet)

[03/04/2025] Added Cait diapered with a few diaper variations. Rebirth_DP_mod_BASE_P has been updated so you'll also need to re-download it.

[30/03/2025] Fixed Rebirth_DP_mod_Yuffie_Paci_P, Rebirth_DP_mod_Yuffie_Under_P, Rebirth_DP_mod_Yuffie_Under_Paci_P and Rebirth_DP_mod_Yuffie_P. Now all Yuffie mods should work as intended :)

[29/03/2025] Fixed Yuffie's goodnites mod. Added poofy diaper versions for Cloud, Aerith, Tifa and Yuffie (only base appearance). The BASE diaper mod files have been updated.

[26/03/2025] Added Cloud diapered under shorts and Tifa diapered under jeans. Added a mod manual as picture to this post.

[22/03/2025] MEGA Update : Added Goodnites, diaper under pants, pacifiers, bib&bonnet. For Goodnites, choose the character goodnites files you want and add the Rebirth_DP_mod_Goodnites_P files. The last additions only affect the default appearance so keep the Rebirth_DP_mod_BASE_P files in your ~mod folder. You'll also need to re-download this files (Rebirth_DP_mod_BASE_P). I'm still testing and fixing. Also this mod is becoming complex so a detailed guide on which files to use will be published soon.
