Added 2025-02-01 14:06:42 +0000 UTCHere’s a little surprise that was suggested to me: The Killing Antidote Diaper Mod!
The game is modding-friendly and already offers a variety of outfits for the main character, so modding it has been a lot of fun :)
It’s developed by an independent studio, and it’s very enjoyable with excellent reviews. There’s a free demo available on Steam if you'd like to try it out.
I’ve modded a few clothing models and added some diaper variations.
To get the mod working, just place the "TKA_DP_Mod" file in the game's "Mod" directory. If you'd like a messy bum tattoo, you can add the "TKA_Messy_Bum_Mod" and customize the diaper model using one of the variations.
Wet mod coming next :)

[Edit 02/02/2025] Fixed briefs materials. Added color customisation to most of the modded diapered clothes. Small fixes.
[Edit 07/02/2025] Added 2 other tattoos and renamed the messy bum mod "tattoo mod". It now contains : messy bum, powdered bum, red bum and blushy face tattoos. Added a pullup down model and a plug to the main file.
[Edit 16/02/2025] Added goodnites to the DP_mod. Added a new mod file with 2 animations : wet and mess. You get free cam when they play. There is a preview video in the post.
[Edit 20/02/2025] Added a pantieless cloth the the DP_Mod pak and a orange peel skin mod (TKA_Skin_Mod).

Thanks for telling me. I'm glad you found a way to make it work. I'll try reproduce the issue, test the workaround and then get back to you. That's one of my favorite modded game so I'll make it work one way or another.

It shares some stuff in common with the Resident Evil 2 Remake, but... doesn't take itself so seriously and seems a bit less focused on being cryptic. Rad ^^ I'm sure you're aware of this, but when she's doing a stretch in diapers... let's just say it looks like she's got a tail ;)
