The Third Tower Sequel: Beef Camp, Part 1

A while back I asked patrons for which of my characters they would like to see a sequel, and the winner was Mike from The Third Tower. So here is the first of two parts for that sequel, which is written from Mike's perspective in the form of journal entries.

May 23

I’ve decided to keep a journal about this summer. I figured it was going to be a lot more interesting than my previous summers, and I wanted to have a record in case I forgot anything.

This first day has been wild! David and Brad were VERY surprised at the changes in my body – they had no idea their “little” brother would be way bigger and stronger than them! I could tell they both were insanely jealous and definitely did not want to help me grow any more, but what could they do? I’ve got all the power now. They’re going to do what I tell them.

Dad and I have a different relationship now as well. He and I had always got along fine, but we never really had much to connect about – he was really into sports and fitness, and I was into computers and reading. But since my transformation – from skinny runt to 6’4” and 350-pound star of his college’s baseball team – we have had a lot to talk about. Dad wanted to know if there was anything he could do to keep me on this path, and I told him I would think about it.


May 24

I thought about what Dad said last night, and this morning I told him what I wanted. First, I was going to need an upgrade in the gym equipment in the basement. David and Brad had accumulated a decent set of weights, but I needed more for my growing muscles. Dad, who has a shitload of money from his construction company, said “No problem. Order whatever you want.” I then told him I was going to set up a summer camp for some of my friends to help them learn about lifting. My life had gotten so much better since I hit the gym and I wanted to share that experience. He nodded and said, “Sounds like a productive way to spend your time.” And then I added the real kicker – I told him I would need David and Brad helping me out. I know they worked for him at construction sites, but I could use them to help run the camp. He agreed that both my brothers could use a dose of humility and immediately went upstairs and told them what’s up. Those numbskulls always blew all their earnings on stupid stuff and had no savings or real work skills, and neither of them could afford to move out or get a life of their own, so they will have to agree.

I got hard at the thought at how much bigger I was going to get. Like I got a total erection sitting at the breakfast table, and I had to hustle into my bedroom to whack one out because I knew I was going to put on some definite beef this summer.


May 26

It’s been a couple days since I gave Dad my list, and he came through in a major way. He not only agreed to spend a small fortune on new gym equipment, but also allowed me to buy a ton of new supplements, all new clothes for my gigantic body, and a new truck. I said “Fuck yeah!” when he told me because I was so excited. I had always been too scared to ask for stuff before, but not anymore – and the best part is that he is more than happy to get it for me.

I especially love the clothes I got – where before I always tried to hide my body, now I want everyone to see it (but really, how could they miss me?). Stringer tanks and short shorts are going to be my uniform this summer, and every ounce of muscle and flesh will be bulging out of them.

David and Brad are pissed that they have to follow my orders, but they honestly have no choice. Dad is still going to pay them, but he’s going to hold on to their paychecks until the end of summer, so they know they need to do what I say or they will get nothing at all. David has to get up early and start making all the food I need for the day, and Brad helps with all my workouts – spotting me, putting the weights back, and cleaning everything up.

And with their help, I’ve put on an additional 5 pounds and am up to 355. I hope I can keep up that pace all summer.


May 27

Now that the gym is set up, I reached out to some of my friends to see who was interested in lifting with me this summer. Word had apparently gotten around about my growth spurt, and everyone said yes immediately! We start tomorrow, and I could not be more excited. I made sure Brad and David knew they were going to have to step up their workload. They are so pissed, but I flexed my 25 inch biceps and they both agreed rather than risk a beatdown.


May 28

We started at 9am this morning, and all 16 friends made it on time. They were very eager to get growing, as most had body types similar to the old me – small and scrawny. They had been picked on their whole lives and wanted to turn themselves into hulking brutes. I thudded downstairs after everyone assembled and I swear, some of them almost fainted. Many of them had not seen me in person since high school graduation when I weighed 130, but now I was a massive fuckin’ monster. I went over to the squat rack where I had loaded up 300 pounds on the bar – a total warmup weight for a guy my size, but more than my students had ever dreamed of squatting. But instead of loading up the bar on my back, I started curling the weight with ease – 20 reps, no problem. Lots of boners poppin’ by then.

I broke up the men into two groups – morning and afternoon. I showed them the circuit they would be going through, gave them new diets to follow, and handed out all the supplements they would need. I brought in Brad as the other lifting coach and David as the nutritionist and assured everyone if either brother ever got out of line to let me know and I would deal with them directly.


June 11

It’s been a very busy two weeks!

So here’s the new routine: I get up at 6am and have a big breakfast prepared by David – he has to get up by 4:30 to get everything ready, and then he has to clean up after I’m done. After fueling up, I go downstairs and get in my first workout of the day with Brad assisting – I don’t let him workout, though. Ha! From 9am to noon we have the first set of workout students come to pump iron, and then at noon we serve a big lunch for both the morning and afternoon students (again, all prepared by David), followed by some time at the pool. Then the morning students leave at 2pm and we train the afternoon students until 5pm. After that, it’s a big dinner for me followed by workout #2.

It's exhausting, but I’m up another 10 pounds to 365. My ass nearly ripped through my shorts the other day when I was squatting, so Dad’s definitely going to have to spring for new clothes again soon.


June 23

I’ve been home a month now and have good news and more good news.

All of the students at “Beef Camp” – that’s the name we started using for our lifting sessions – are doing great! Everyone is up at least 5 pounds and have gotten much stronger. But I have one true superstar so far – Milo. I’ve know him since elementary school and we had a bunch of computer science classes together in high school. Milo was the smallest of the participants at first, only topping out at 5’4” and 100 pounds, but he must have some gaining genes somewhere in his family because in the last few weeks he has exploded in size. He’s now 2 inches taller and 30 pounds heavier, as if a second puberty struck him like a thunderbolt. I always thought he was kind of a mellow guy, but man, he has become really assertive and cocky in the weight room – and I love it! All the other guys are trying their best to emulate his example.

The other news has to do with David and Brad – they’re shrinking! They used to both be 6’1” and 230 pounds, but both had lost 20 pounds in the last month. I could hear them complaining that all the work I made them do doesn’t leave them with any time to work out, plus I have been taking all the protein and leaving them with scraps. Of course they could spend what little money they do have on nutritious food, but they would rather waste it on beer and new gadgets for their cars. They are both swimming in their shirts and miss showing off their muscles for hot babes, plus of course resent having to spend all day with a bunch of wimpy nerds.

The thought of them becoming wimps someday makes me smile. It would be good for them to get a taste of their own medicine.


June 30

I’m up another 5 pounds to 370. I gave up on the stringer tanks and now just go around shirtless all the time. I used Dad’s credit card to buy a bunch of new jocks and shorts two sizes bigger to help contain my growing bulk.

This evening after Beef Camp ended, I ordered David and Brad to take my latest measurements:

Everything is at least an inch bigger than when I got home a month ago, so I’m very happy with my progress.

After they finished measuring me, I told my brothers I was going to take a shower and shocked them by taking off my shorts. Even though I have a belly, it’s not one of those droopy or flabby ones – it sits high and hard on my midsection and actually makes me look more powerful than if I had shredded abs. And below my muscle gut, both Brad and David got an eyeful of my 10” manhood dangling from my groin. I know from their bragging they say they have around 7 inches, which probably means they are closer to 6. Pretty tiny when compared to me, and I wanted to make sure they knew it.

But here’s the kicker – I wanted to show off my cock, but I think my brothers were more impressed with my ass. I could see them in the mirror stare at it when I walked into the bathroom – and granted, my glutes have gotten HUGE lately from all the 800-pound squats I’ve been doing. It’s nice to know that David and Brad are envious of all my assets!

Also getting bigger – Milo! He gained another 10 pounds in one week now sits at 140. The guy is a fuckin’ animal in the gym and is definitely going to give me a run for my money in terms of most muscle added this summer. And not just his body has changed, but his face, too. Where it was round and babyish before, now all the fat is gone and his cheekbones are poppin’ through, so he’s got a definite movie star quality. Even his blue eyes seem bigger and brighter. If I wasn’t so into Patrick, I would definitely be hitting on Milo.


July 4

We decided to close Beef Camp for the holiday, and I even let David and Brad have the day off. They should have used the time to squeeze in a workout, but of course they went to party with their friends.

Not skipping a workout? Me and Milo. We both put in a good four hours of solid iron-pumping. The guy is closing in on 150 and I swear to God is going to be tank by the end of summer. I thought I put on muscle fast, but his progress has been insane. Plus he has a ton of energy – I’m going to go to bed right after the fireworks tonight, but since his 21stbirthday is tomorrow, he’s going to hit a club right at midnight and have some fun.


July 5

Milo was back at it this morning at 9am. He said he only got two hours of sleep, so he took an extra hit of pre-workout and is going strong.


July 8

Big news for Milo – he’s got a boyfriend! Apparently he hooked up with some rich guy he met on the Fourth and now they are officially dating, or at least fucking each other’s brains out each night. Milo said the guy is named Scott and couldn’t take his eyes off of Milo’s chest and arms when he was on the dance floor that first night and wanted to get to know “the muscle stud.”

Bigger news about Brad and David – they are now both below 200 pounds for the first time since high school. Since I started going shirtless I made them do the same, which they hate because they are ashamed at how small they are getting. I have heard them whispering about trying to order some HGH to get their old bodies back, but they don’t have any money and Dad won’t buy it for them (because I told him not to – ha!).

I also caught Brad today trying to sneak a sip of my protein shake. As he reached for the shaker, I grabbed his forearm, squeezed as hard as I could, and told him, “Sorry, bro. Protein is for alphas. Betas only get water.” Then I could tell Brad was checking me out as I drank the entire shake, especially the mountainous bicep flexed right in front of his face. It felt so good to pay him back for all the time he took food away from me.


July 9

Beef Camp has been open for business for six weeks now, and it’s been better than I dreamed. All the members are up at least 20 pounds, and everyone looks really amazing. One of the guys has a sister who cuts hair, so she’s been giving everyone new styles to match their new bodies (lots of buzzcuts to emulate my short ‘do). They’ve all been going shirtless now, too, and buying tight shorts like me – no more baggy cargos around here. Additionally, the pool time each day has added deep dark tans to make them look like bronze gods.

Milo has not slowed down at all – in fact, his progress seems to have picked up! His lover, Scott, cannot stop admiring his muscles, so Milo wants more, more, more. He’s up to 5’8” and 165 pounds now and has the build of a very solid baseball player – bulging veiny arms, firm chest, tight midsection, and thick thighs. It’s a far cry from the computer nerd body he started with six weeks ago.

Watching Milo is the weight room has made me push harder, too. I’m up to 380 and sure to be way over 400 by the time I get back to school. I may be too big for baseball this year, but I think the football coach may cum in his shorts when he catches sight of me. And I cannot wait to see the reaction I get from Patrick.

I think about Patrick a lot, usually right before I go to sleep. I always get hard and have to jack off at the thought of him, and I cannot wait until we are reunited this fall.
