2024-04-01 05:24:53 +0000 UTCThat's not correct, Issei is able to absorb energy from Rias' breasts in order to restore himself, the side effect is that her chest shrinks in proportion to how much he is restored. If I remember right she gained this ability after Issei used his transfer ability on her chest in volume 11. She then seems to unlock the ability to do this without needing transfer to be used first in volume 12. Her breasts return to their natural size within a few days after use (it's treated as an ace in the hole as Issei dislikes reducing her breast size).

2024-04-01 04:25:57 +0000 UTCFunny you mentioned that since I don't if you knew this or if this is was correctly translated for English speakers in America upon it's release but Rias' breasts are apparently not as big as they appear. In fact according to the light novels her breasts are only big because that's where she stores all her magic and we learn she's actually flat when she gave nearly all her magic to issei for the Hades arc I believe. Just thought I'd bring it up in case you ever wanted to do some bit of of a comedy mini manga based on that fact lol 😂
