Y'all. I literally want to cry right now.

I just set up my new webcam. It looks SO much better!!! 😭

For years, I have been using Zak's old computer that he had from his other workplace. They gave him a new one, my laptop was the slowest piece of garbage ever (and I do 90% of RiVerse's administrative + content creation work) but I couldn't afford a new one. So, he gave me this computer. It's pretty old. It's still pretty slow. BUT, I can actually film and edit content on it so it's been super helpful for RiVerse's business, the RiVerse Live channel and, now, my own K-Pop With Khadija channel.

BUT, I've just been using all the old hardware he gave me. It isn't top notch, by any means. I've just been grateful to have it. I was going to just go and buy the same relatively inexpensive webcam it came with, but there was a sale at the store that ended yesterday so I was able to get a slightly better quality camera for the same price.

AND IT LOOKS SO MUCH BETTER ALREADY! And the microphone quality is so much better, too!!! I literally want to cry, I'm so happy. (There's a lot of deeper stuff here, related to me not remembering that I am WORTHY of having nice things - #BWVL, it's a daily practice, y'all... 🥺)

Obviously, the goal is to grow this channel to a point that I can start re-investing back into it. The entire point of this Patreon page is for me to be able to focus on creating YouTube content and making this into something that I can potentially live off of, while I continue my music career.
