Embroidered attire evoking nobility, worn for matrimonial ceremonies. This item has 6 charges and regains all expended charges when you finish a long rest.
Noble Presence. You have advantage on Charisma (Performance and Persuasion) checks you make while wearing this clothing. While under the effects of the Ceremony spell, you also add your Proficiency Bonus to such checks.
Captivating Look. When a creature within 30 feet of you that can see you makes a saving throw to avoid or end the charmed condition, you can spend a charge as a reaction to cause the creature to roll their saving throw with disadvantage. While you are under the effects of the Ceremony spell, the creature also reduces the number rolled by 1d4.
