Wondrous item, rare (requires attunement)
Embroidered attire evoking nobility, worn for matrimonial ceremonies. This item has 6 charges and regains all expended charges when you finish a long rest.
Noble Presence. You have advantage on Charisma (Performance and Persuasion) checks you make while wearing this clothing. While under the effects of the Ceremony spell, you also add your Proficiency Bonus to such checks.
Captivating Look. When a creature within 30 feet of you that can see you makes a saving throw to avoid or end the charmed condition, you can spend a charge as a reaction to cause the creature to roll their saving throw with disadvantage. While you are under the effects of the Ceremony spell, the creature also reduces the number rolled by 1d4.
Wedding attire has come in many forms throughout the ages. Pieces may be inherited by culture or chosen by the wearer to fit the vision of their perfect day. While a fine suit or beautiful gown on its own can be enough to dazzle the crowd, a little magic never hurts.
