Well this is her Monster Clown form, the form she takes when the clown tf is triggered BUT she remains in control. This form is based in her inner deepest desires, the fur and monstery features come from her love of monsters, the cock from her being a tomboy and often yelling "SUCK MY COCK" or " MY COCK IS HUGE" (this same thing will make WIggles grow the same cock later), and her big cough bigger feet due to her inner love of feet? maybe having big smelly feet in her human form made her love them subcounciously and hence develop the fetish :P. In my headcanon, and I hope i can draw all this one day, at first Willow doesnt remember her clown tfs, or Wiggles, BUT the more she tfs that lil breach between them slowly dissapears, to the point Wiggles is like a voice in her head and WIllow actually begins to accept that part of her to the point of willingly let Wiggles out. They will be good friends! That wont make Willow quit her goth self thou, but she will learn to accept her clown side and of course Wiggles will love her goth side.
