today i would like to inform all my supporters about my plans and thoughts for the near future from my patreon. Many of you will have read it about discord, that lately I find it very difficult to see and feel my passion and motivation for my own art. In literature they call it writer's block, but it's not the ideas and inspirations I lack, it's more my own enthusiasm for the implementation of these things. Through the monthly tutorials since the beginning of my patreon in March last year, I have continuously painted and produced. Not because of money, but because of my passion for art. I want to keep this passion in the future. Therefore, a distance to my own painting is inevitable, and the right moment for a pause has come. I can't predict how long this break will be at the moment, but I'll take my time because a healthy and recovered return is very important to me. No lazy compromises. At the moment I am on holiday with my family for a week. I will finish my current project Ragnar from next week and upload the videos gradually.
From August, monthly payments will be paused for at least 2 months. So everyone, especially all the new patrons, has a long time to look at all the content in peace.
So that you do not forget me during this time, I have a task for you. A small patreon internal contest. The task is very simple and the implementation quite free. Paint me your coolest NMM melee weapon. Swords, axes, knives, etc. are allowed. Small tip: Practice first on one side, because I will evaluate only one. And so that I can evaluate your works better, I would also like to encourage you to engage with photography at the same time in order to take the coolest photo of your contribution. Even if it means you have to borrow the DSLR from your friend's friend for it. Do it!
