How thick is he gonna be? ----------- He should warn of the dangers earth is bringing upon itself, but thats about it. They are filming everything he and his group can do and are making plans! SMH And thier plan could be as simple as use Jasons group need to be seen as heroic and create another Transformation zone and have them go deal with it, essentially locking them away for months while the rest of the world does harm to everything Asano has. He can't just write off earth, not just because of the innocent and powerless, but because it may have repercussions for Pali. Stepping in as GAB of the system is something he is holding in reserve as carrot or stick once he's given earth a chance.

I"d be going matrix on her. Seal her mouth, erase her hair, missing teeth, missing fangs..he can mold and shape her physical appearance on a whim to illustrate. I do understand Jason is keeping it simple..dead today or tomorrow unless full aqueous.

I'm not mature enough; I would have shut down the Network's access to the system after f***face from last chapter made some stupid comments. But Jason has grown as a person. He really has come a long way; he doesn't get justice with overreaction, only harm to himself. We are all our own worst enemy. Also, Zara has also grown in an amazing direction, and I love them together.

2025-02-10 22:35:50 +0000 UTCA very satisfying chapter that gets across how much Jason has grown. I'm sure some readers will wonder "Why not force all information out, then kill them?" And I think it's because he has the power not to, and he wants his word to mean something. Before, at his lowest, he played games and lied. That was because he NEEDED to. Now he can afford not to. Unlike in the real world, Jason's universe has everything he desires. There are no tax dollars wasted on punitive prisons. He can conjure any number of planets that perfectly replicate living worlds to put his prisoners in, at no cost but his emotions and a little time. He is using his god-like powers as they should be used. In a grand and cheap fashion.

Maybe in some epilogue to the whole series they get a sentence, “xx years later, Marie died of old age, and Elisabeth [seppuku’d]” or something.

2025-02-10 22:19:16 +0000 UTCIn a way I think that the biggest strength difference between this Jason and past Jason demonstrated by this chapter is the willness to accept truly drastic failure and even make plans that assume that countless people could die. At the beginning of this story he tended to try to do too much, to solve as many problems as he can think of a clever solution for. Now he can and is willing to simply impress his will upon the world and accept what comes.

It will weight on him and we may get another chapter or seven of Jason being antsy, but that nothing new. The deal he offers is as good as it's going to get. All this seriousness is balanced by the fact they are on his vamp world. That he made look like a noir movie.
