Note: Some of you have suggested a specific Nintendo franchise character. I have not included him in this and possibly will not be in any future polls since I've come across someone (don't know if they're legit or just a troll) who has been sending copyright claims and taking down my art (and others) that includes him or anyone within that franchise. I'm not 100% sure, but it's possible that that character is the same reason why Dizdoodz' Tumblr was taken down. I do not want to run the risk of having either my Tumblr or Patreon taken down because of this. I hope you will understand.

I would suggest just not posting a Nintendo character on tumblr and letting it just be on patreon, but I guess that would make it hard to advertise your work... Oh well, as a backer I support your decision.

2016-11-17 07:27:16 +0000 UTCIt's a legitimate thing that started this summer. Some Nintendo suit decided to spear-head an operation to get rid of any porn involving their franchise. So that consumers aren't "Confused". Essentially they're just looking on tumblr, but only following the more popular artists. So its up to you if you want to do it or not. Despite it being protected under fair use as we're not selling the content (Patreon doesn't really count. If this were Kickstarter than it would be different), Nintendo doesn't really care. I mean I'm going ahead with my Pokemon stuff because I doubt they'll even see it. But its better safe than sorry I guess?
