If you are a streamer/youtuber/content maker
please please please wait before you post a video about Growing My Grandpa! I don't have a date set yet for public release, it will at the least be a week from now, but I am thinking you can release the day before/the night of the game going on sale. I'm going to make a follow up post regarding this, feel free to message me as well.
If You Encounter A Bug
Please let me know! As of right now there is one minor audio bug during Grandpa's learning segment I haven't worked out yet and it is possible to softlock yourself if you don't have enough food at the end of week 4. I am going to be getting to these bugs asap but the release I am sending you is pretty much stable and good to go. I will be patching GMG! through out the next couple days as I hear back from you all.
Patron Credits
Right now the Patron credits screen is based off of information downloaded from Patreon, ie your Patreon screen name, this is a stop gap measure bc I screwed up and messed up the google forms data (sorry!) I made a new google forms here:
If you want to be credited differently than your current name or if you do not wish to be credited please fill out the form! The public release will feature these form responses.

I struggle to describe the exact vibe the game gives me - "grimy" is close, as is "urban decay," but they're not quite right as descriptors—it's that perfectly realised and utterly unique "Yames" atmosphere: A seamless marriage of grimy, crunchy and lo-fi with the abstract, distant and ethereal. You just don't get anything quite like a Yames game, honestly!!! :)) I think the way the narrative is framed is extremely cool as well!!! Again, it's hard for me to describe exactly why I think it works so well. It kind of goes with the whole "uncanny" vibe, the ambiguous reality, like hearing about a nightmare—it's like the ground is falling away beneath me, and my only reminders of the real world are distorted into something I can't comprehend any more!!! And it's amazing!!!!!!! I could go on and on about how amazing this game is!!!!! Like how many different ways there are to approach its narrative, the haunting soundtrack—there's so much here!!!!!! I really really loved this game!!!!!!! :)))) Can’t wait to see what you do next!!!!!!! :))))))))
