Billing problems
Added 2023-08-07 00:21:06 +0000 UTCG'day all. The chapters will resume tomorrow, but I wanted to make a post about some issues with billing some of you have had. Patreon has reached out to me about this issue and here is what they said:
An issue with a payment partner is causing a slightly higher-than-normal number of your patron payments to be declined by their banks. We've traced the increased declines back to payments system upgrades required by one of our processing partners. Patrons might see some payments declined while changes take effect.
If a patron reaches out to you about a decline, you can advise them to follow these steps:
1. Contact their card issuer to confirm the charge is valid and retry that card
2. If the retry does not work, try a different payment method. Patrons can edit their payments in their Settings, under Billing History.
That is as much information as I have right now. Anything further you will need to contact Patreon support about. I'm sorry for the inconvenience.

I wish there was a way for you to accept payment while on vacation, I'm disappointed I couldn't get out of work to come see you even though I live in GA. Love you man hope you enjoyed your visit to USA
