So close... close enough, really

I briefly mentioned the possibility of something happening last month, but didn't go into very much detail at the time. Now that February is here and the results are in, it's a good thing I didn't quite jump the gun and dive head first into it like I usually do, but seeing how things have played out now, I might as well explain what's up.

Last summer, I revamped this page in its entirety to make it into something that people would actually want to join. At the same time, I set up a new milestone to hopefully reach someday... and the someday in question has already happened. In January, the total amount pledged by you all exceeded $500 a month, and I... frankly, never expected it to happen. Yet, here we are; though, the amount fell a bit as it always does at the end of the month - what with payments that don't go through, which happens every time - but the fact remains, the milestone was reached, so it's time to try something new.

Aaaaaaand I'm rather intimidated by the notion but here we go:

As a patron-exclusive reward, I'm going to be making a short, eight-page comic. It will be fully shaded and feature all the kink and fun you would expect it to, featuring two of my characters getting into some shenanigans. It's still being planned at the moment, but I'll be working on it as much as I can alongside the usual monthly stuff and release it one page at a time, as they're finished. I also plan to release updates regularly, which will include a general synopsis of the story, in-progress images, and maybe some old fashioned patrons-only streams.

I'll be blunt here; I don't exactly know if this is something I can manage, since I tried to do something similar once before and it did not work out. I ended up getting exhausted by it, but with what I know now, who knows? Maybe I can actually do it. After all, what's the point of setting a milestone if I'm not ready to push myself to actually reach it?

So yeah, that's what's up. I know I said this already, but I really can't believe we actually made it here. A year ago, I had nearly given up entirely and was about to close everything down for good. I owe you guys more than you may realize for supporting me like this, so I'm going to do my best to make this project worth the wait.
