I think it’s both. On the page where Lincoln’s teaching Sam a romantic dance, she starts to have new feelings towards Lincoln. Now that she’s drunk, she’s letting her feelings out probably without knowing what she’s doing. With Lincoln, I think he’s gonna fall to his temptations, twice before he was shown to be attracted to Sam, maybe with this kiss and Sam telling her feelings for him, along with his heartbreak after Stella broke up with him.
