hi okay! i don’t really know how to start this because there’s a lot, but hey! i’ve been so excited to work on this pride collection since the beginning of the year. if you don’t know, i am part of the lgbtqia+ community and identify as non-binary and queer! i have been out as bisexual/queer since 12 years old and out as non-binary since november 2019. only recently have people in my personal life began addressing me by my name and pronouns. i’m very lucky in the sense that my parents are accepting and i was never in any danger. but i know so many people aren’t given that privilege, and i’m so, so sorry. i hope this pride month you’re able to be safe. don’t come out if it’s not safe, even though i truly believe that it’s so unfair to force you to choose between being your authentic self vs being safe. my inbox is always open if you need someone to talk to or vent to. i’m here. you are so valid, so loved, and i support you!
