Episode 9 is Down

(Nina) supposedly.. Probably a BIG supposedly, youtube has set up a team of people who are solely for claims and review due to it becoming popular for everyone to file claims now for almost anything. Guess we will see in time if it helps resolve stuff or not?

So I'm a little confused as to how the Japanese branch of Sony can block content from being available in the rest of the world. Wouldn't it need to be Sony America(or Europe/wherever else) filing the claims? Also why isn't there a filter or moderated method when it comes to repeated blocks like this? It seems like it's happened every time with your videos and every time the block is reversed, but it's to the point where it borders on being a bit abusive in my opinion. At this point their claims ought to be denied pending moderator review given their track record of unfair and unwarranted claims towards your account.

Agree with the earlier comments. Hopefully this is resolved soon and episode 09 is allowed to be reposted. The new year has been painful for people/groups doing these kind of parodies and it seems like the art is are on all the extremely popular abridges? As a fan of them, I'm already supporting TFS and Elite3 for the work they do with abridged series. Of the all the abridged shows I have watched (and have laughed my ass off), SAO, DBZ, Pokemon, and FFVII are to date my favorites that I can watch over and over. I will be becoming a contributor to Something Witty shortly, not only to help show that your followers/fans show some love (in a monetary way) but quite simply because I appreciate the effort/time/work that you all put into these and providing me and other with something funny as hell to watch. My fear is that you and others (as well as future abridges) do not give up the fight against youtubes BS support of false or unfounded copyright claims by companies and business's looking to make a quick buck (as anime America explained in her WTFU postings) that they receive for filing the BS claims and then are not being held accountable for doing so after it (said media material) is found to be perfectly legal use of said media? So that was a rant but I am really pissed off that episodes (even some that have been posted for years??) are being pulled left and right. I hope you guys do not give up or get tired of fighting what could turn out to be a weekly issue and that this all stops soon so everyone can go back to watching your parodies without the "one day posted, next day pulled" crap that is going on. That's all from me (except the P.S.) P.S. This may not be possible but would you guys/girls be opposed to replicating what TFS has done and make a website where your fans and followers can still see your shows even when YouTube allows copyright shit to happen? (I did an Internet search for episode 09 and all the pages and links unfortunately go back to YT and pops up the Sony Japan copyright message).

Man, i can't understand these companies, I hope you get your content before your estimated time limit, but there must be something to stop them until then #WTFU #ProtectYouTubers
