Very awesome FLCL reference! Quinn is showing remarkable restraint here. I think she is handling this incredibly well considering her history of angry knee-jerk reactionism with Ellie. We're seeing just how much Quinn has grown while we watch Pumpkin doing some growing of her own. It's a great juxtaposition.

lol. I love your analysis. I can sum Pumpkin up for you easily. 1) She thinks she's too cool for the room.

Ok, I get that Pumpkin is jealous but there's just a few things wrong with everything she's saying: 1) She has no right to dictate what Quinn can or can not do. 2) It's already super rude that she just lets herself into someone else's apartment without knocking. I don't care how close you are, it's just good manners. 3) The whole "I'm not in the wrong, you are" thing she's trying to pull just makes her look like a selfish brat 4) Virgin eyes, my ass. I know what curious nerd teens do when they have the internet. Fanfiction alone have already tainted those eyes of hers.

I'd say Quinn knows how Pumpkin feels about her. Hard to stay mad with someone when you are about to have to give them the "I see you as a friend" talk.

FLCL &lt;3 Edit: What with the borderless panel two, I really like how the shading at the bottom "closed in" the panel. Nice. And from panel one to panel three, that seems like a quick cool-down for Quinn. That, or she wasn't quite as furious in the previous comic as I presumed.
