"First tests on humanlike subjects were successful. The effects of the potion were fast-acting and without any strange side effects. As previously observed with less complex lifeforms, the transformation goes from bottom to top, eventually dissolving them fully. No tissue, bones, fluids or other residue was left behind.
After transformation, cognitive functions were still intact. She was able to communicate without flaw, despite her voice sounding different. What was astounding were the motor skills. They seemed to have improved drastically. Previous subjects had issues forming themselves into much more than a simple blob, but it seems like a matter of intelligence. The new subject perfectly recreated her upper body and was even able to form complex appendages that she normally would not have had.
There was an observable difference in her behaviour. Before her transformation, she was very shy, easily spooked and had difficulties forming sentences without stammering. Afterwards, she was a lot more forthcoming. It is yet unknown whether this happened due to a general change that happens to all slimes or whether it was a "matter of circumstance". Either way, the results are remarkable for such an eraly stage of testing."
