Happy New Year! Some updates for future plans!

Hey, everyone! A happy new year to all of you!

I certainly had a very enjoyable start to the new year myself, and even though I'm not very fond of them, I got around to make a few resolutions. Two of them, to be exact.

The first one is pretty straightforward: I want to upload some of my older works on more websites than just Patreon and Pixiv so that they are more available to the people out there. So, hopefully some of my stuff is soon going to be on gelbooru, rule34 etc. (even e621 for some of the furry artwork).

I'm not sure if I'm going to upload full comics because that might seem like a lot of bloat (uploading images where nothing happens just doesn't make any sense), I'll probably just upload some handpicked images and anyone who's interested can still come here and get the full version. I've also been hesitant with uploading any videos, but I think it would be fair to release some of the older ones to the public.

Now, on to the second resolution, and this one is going to have much bigger implications.

At the start of last year, I said that I wanted to make a game. That hasn't changed, and I'm actually getting all of the things together to make it happen. I've been making assets, characters and some basic gameplay design so far, but progress has been slower than I would've wanted.

I've had a lot of fun making all kinds of comics, videos and character cards all year. The only problem is that they always took a lot of time to complete. So much so that I simply didn't have any time left to work on the game, especially in the past couple of months. If I ever want to make progress, I'll have to change things up a bit.

So, to give me some breathing room to continue working on the game, I'll have to either cut down the size of the comics or reduce the amount of uploads. Either way, rest assured that whatever happens, I intend to use that time wisely and keep working in the background to make this dream a reality.

Unfortunately, I have not been able to make a playable demo for you all, that would have been ideal. However, I can share a few images that I took inside the game. I hope that this gives you a bit of an idea as to what I've been doing thus far. I'm not sure if or how often I can make progress reports on the game considering it is still in a suuuper early stage and many things can still change. I'm not going to make any promises if I'm not sure that I can keep them.

As far as the character cards go, I want to keep making and releasing them at the same frequency. They usually don't take as much time as the comics, so that will probably stay untouched. I will also work on closing out any remaining loose ends (the Alm x Celica comic still needs a part 3, after all), but all of that will happen in due time.
