Very nice. Overall a bit more svelte than most people would draw Karlach, but I like it.

I'm still on my first run as a Drow Paladin, I'm near 50 hours in and only now, finally going to Moonrise Towers π But never mind me! Your Karlach painting is simply marvellous! π»π»π»π»π» I really like the feel to this one, with the swirling, flaming background and the way you've used strong, pale edge-lighting on Karlach to make her stand out. Her black clothes also pop really nicely against Karlach's own vibrant red skin β€οΈπ€ Karlach's pose looks lovely too, I like the asymmetry in her arms and the way her right hip is rounded out as she pushes it to one side. I also love the way sweeping motion of her hair as it curls upwards, as well as the twisting, cascading hair that falls along her neck. You've done a truly beautiful job with the hair, which I'll come back to later πΈ The rendering, textures and details of her clothes are all really well done. There's so much detail, like the subtle pattern that runs down the material on her pelvis, with lovely folds that spread out across the trousers from under that pelvis area. You also did a wonderful job with the textures on the different materials, I particularly like the worn, rough look to the straps across her mid-section. The dull gold adornments also look very nice, standing out well against the black clothes. Again, excellent work on Karlach's outfit, capturing this rather intricate design really nicely πππππ And looking now at the nude version... oh my goodness π₯°π₯°π₯°π₯°π₯° Now, there is one thing that looks a little off to me, though I could be wrong, so I'll just get it out of the way now. I feel like maybe her right breast should be a little bigger, to match more with the other one. But with that out of the way, I can get to the praise and hoo boy, Ynorka, you've done an amazing job here! π»π»π» Two things that I really like are her tattoos and scars. Both of them conform very well to the shapes of her body. The scars also have so much detail, their own textures and sense of shape and volume, showing how they're not flat against her skin. I also love the glow effect on her chest, those orange segments with bright yellow at the centre, really capturing that warm, flaming feeling. Another great little detail are the steel vents on her shoulders, with their own rendering. I particularly like the detail of how they're embedded in her skin, with the skin pushing up against them. And the actual rendering and textures of Karlach's skin is just stunning. I am utterly in love with her stomach and the smooth blending between the bright and dark tones. Likewise, her thighs look terrific and I especially like the dark shadow that runs down her right waist/hip/thigh. Her arms are excellent too. With her raised arm, I love the way the shoulder wraps over the bicep, with the thick edge-lighting really accentuating those shapes. The other arm is very nice too, I particularly like where the upper arm wedges into the elbow area. Both hands look great too, with lots of detail that is also accentuated really well by the edge-lighting. And while I did mention a critique of the size of her breast, the actual detailing and rendering of them is perfect. The smooth skin textures look so sensual and appealing and I like the smooth, subtle shine spots on each breast too. The nipples look lovely as well and I like the way her areolas blend back out into the skin. The edge-lighting on her neck, shoulders, breast and running down her left side looks fantastic too, looking very striking against her body. And again, her body is stunningly well painted, seriously, amazing work! ππππ₯°π₯°π₯°ππππ₯°π₯°π₯°πππ You've done an exquisite job on the hair too. The pose looks so dynamic and fluid, while the actual rendering and textures are perfect! The thick edge-lighting just makes it look even better, making the hair stand out so strongly. Her ear is so well detailed too and I love the warm glow on the inside of it, as if the warm light is shining through the thinnest part of the ear. The broken horn is very well painted too, tonnes of texture, well defined plane changes and I really like all of the detail where the horn breaks. And lastly, her face looks beautiful too π» Terrific work on defining all of her features, with her cheeks looking especially lovely, thanks to the dark shadow on one side and the warm edge-lighting on the other. Her eyes are very striking and I like that little shine spot on her nose, with her lips being lusciously painted too. At last... I'm done π This was absurd even by my standards but you just gave me so much to praise here! Seriously, this will definitely be one of my very favourite paintings of yours! I do believe that this could well be one of your best works! ππππππππππππππππππππππ And with that in mind, I simply must beg that Lae'zel be a part of the suggestion polls. She's the character that I'm romancing, I absolutely love her π And with how beautifully you've painted Karlach, I'd love to see how you paint Lae'zel.
