2023-05-24 18:12:17 +0000 UTCOooh, I absolutely adore these kinds of scenes. the warmly lit green grass, the silhouetted trees fading into the background, with a soft mist veiling them. The whole scenario looks so beautiful and I really like the way the light and shadow weave together across the grass. The little leaves running diagonally through the scene, behind Aerie, are a nice touch too, adding that extra bit of motion to the painting. I also like the contrast in tones, with the scene being warmer closer to Aerie, growing cooler, deeper into the forest with the shadows and mist. Recently, I've found myself really liking Wood Elves (it probably helps that I'm playing as one in a DnD campaign with my friends πΉ), so this character, with all of these colours, within this setting, appeal to me even more! (It also helps that I'm playing Tears of the Kingdom, where Hyrule also has this kind of vibe to it) I admit, I don't know anything about this character as I've never played Baldur's Gate 2, however, I have seen images of her before. So I can definitely say that you've really captured the feeling of her face, particularly the size and shapes of her distinctive eyes, along with her hair decorations and facial markings π As for Aerie herself, I do really like the pose here, she looks so relaxed as she lounges in the grass. She also looks dynamic too, with her face and body turning in opposite directions, as well as leaning at alternate angles. Her left leg being turned out even more adds further to this dynamism, as does the asymmetry of her arms. I also find it really adorable has she leans her head as she looks at us with those huge blue eyes ππ, cutely leaning her head against her hand π₯° Her clothes all look beautifully painted too! There's so much texture here, the metallics on her shoulders and chest look very nice with multiple colours mixed into the cool silver, making them look very vibrant. I particularly like that raised ridge in the centre of the chest/neck piece, with sharp light and shadows next to each other. Her vest looks lovely too with all of those zig-zagging, rippling folds running down over her stomach. The brown parts that also ripple and run over the folds look so well done too. I really like the lighting here as well, with the green on her waist being so warmly, brightly lit, set against the dark shadows across her front planes. There's a nice, soft contrast on her breasts too, with more subtle light along their top planes, popping against the dark shadows beneath. Likewise, her trousers have some really gorgeously painted folds and I love the way a warm light shines down on her right hip, popping against the darker tones elsewhere. With both the trousers and the boots, I love how distinct the textures are, they both feel very different in terms of texture and colour. Similarly, the lighter-brown straps on her thighs also stand out very well against the trousers. Overall, you've done an excellent job on all of the clothing! I love the colours, the textures and details. The vest too has some nice contrast with the light-brown straps and trim set in the middle of all of that dark, cool green ππ§‘π As for the NSFW variant, I have to say that it looks so sexy, how you kept her trousers on and turned them into thigh-highs π₯°π₯°π₯°π₯°π₯° The lighting across her body looks very lovely too, with the warm light coming in from her right, smoothly fading into those darker tones along her front planes. The curves of her waist, hips and thighs look super sensual too. You did a marvellous job with the skin too, keeping it looking smooth and soft, with hard edges mixed in to give that firm definition to her toned abs π₯°π₯° I also really like both of her forearms, with the different plane changes being well defined. I especially like her right elbow, with the alternating light and dark tones, separated with hard edges and sharp plane changes, also with some subtle red hues mixed in. Her shoulders and neck all look great and I like the little hints of warm light wrapping around her shoulders. Her breasts look beautiful too, smooth and well defined, with subtle little shine spots to give them a little pop. I also love how her arm is pressed against one of her nipples, with is such a sexy, sensual detail π» Her blonde hair has so much detail to it too. I love all of the cascading, overlapping strands of hair that meander down around her face. The little strands that do actually run down over her cheeks look very sexy too and the various metallic trinkets in her hair all look very distinct too. As with elsewhere, the warm light shining in from her top right looks great, adding that golden shine and edge-lighting to the hair ππ I also like the colours and lighting of the ears too, with soft, bright lighting at the tips, growing steadily darker, with that extra dark, pinkish skin tone on the insides. Her face looks gorgeous too with very smooth skin tones. I love the light on her forehead, nose and raised cheeks, with the shadows giving great definition to the area around her eyes and making her cheeks really pop! Those large, shining blue eyes are utterly captivating too ππ and I love that bright, luscious shine on her smiling lips. Beautiful work on this piece! You've really captured such an amazing, natural atmosphere with vibrant colours and such a gorgeous, sensual character. I'll definitely be considering this to be one of my favourites of yours! ππππππππππππππππππππππππππππππ
