Juno Eclipse (Term 84)

Surprised me to see Juno in what I seem to remember is her TFU2 outfit, but nonetheless a pleasant surprise! 👏 It's just that I tend to remember her more distinctly from the first game, so I kind of expected to see her wearing an Imperial uniform. 😁

Oh I immediately love what I'm seeing here! 🥰🥰🥰 I really like the cool tones of the background and those smeared, painterly brush-strokes and textures that blend the colours together. The warm skin tones of the character really pop against this background and with her skin tones being especially red and flushed, it really makes it seem like she's somewhere cold and the extra-red skin just stands out so strongly against the cool background colours ❤️💙 The contrasts within the character herself are great too, with her pale-blue eyes standing out strongly against her warm skin and blonde hair. Likewise, her neck and chest are framed really nicely between her green jacket and white shirt. I like her pose too, she looks sexy with how she pushes her hips to one side, with a nice S curve to her body with her head and legs leaning in opposing directions too and I like the asymmetry in her arms. And there's something about how she leans her head as she looks at us, while also brushing her fingers through her hair that I find really appealing 🥰 I love the rendering and detailing on her clothes too. The jacket, shirt and pants all have wonderfully rendered and defined folds with great textures. And the folds and textures all look different across the three different items of clothing too which is very nice. I also like the folded over "collar" on her shirt, that's collapsing over her breasts and the little cast shadows it leaves below it. The details on the jacket and pants are great too and I love her various straps and holsters. The subtle shine to the brown looks lovely, as does the pale blue tinting on the holsters, which also makes her really fit within her environment. Her nude body looks absolutely beautiful too. I'm not exaggerating when I say it's probably among my favourites that you've painted! The lighting is gorgeous, especially on her mid-section, and the various plane changes for her waist and abs are so well done. The mix of very smooth skin tones and blending, with hard edges too to define the muscles are just perfect. Her breasts look so lovely too and I really like the crease in the centre of her chest, showing the pecs that she has too. Seriously, her perfect mix of smooth, sensual curves and firm muscle tone are marvellous 💜💜💜 I really can not overstate what a beautiful job you did in rendering Juno's figure, her skin tones are vibrant, perfectly smooth and toned and there's still a lovely hint of texture and visible brush strokes in places (like her thighs) that I really love. Truly amazing work here in painting Juno, she really looks exceptional! 👏👏👏👏👏🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰 The hair looks marvellous too with a lot of detail to it. The subtle shine is really nice and I really like all of the loose little strands of hair that overlap each other. Overall I love her face too, her blue eyes are so distinct and captivating, her lips have a gorgeous little shine to them and the lighting on her face is lovely. The pale lighting in the centre of her face, surrounded by these warm, reddish tones for her cheeks and jaw are just great and her nose too looks distinct against the immediately surrounding pale tones. The only critique I have of the whole painting is of the shapes of her eyes, it does appear that one is higher than the other. But aside from that, I absolutely adore this whole painting!
