Thank you for your feedback and constructive comment! Yeah it shouldn't bother too much to look a bit cleaner for the shot.. It'd be much more works for a full body picture lol. If you have suggestions for the 41st Millenium do let me know I can put in the next poll :)

They are both beautiful and deadly which is the entire point of the Sisters of Battle. The only nitpicks i have here are so tiny as to be pointless in that the Shroud in the back of the chainsword where it rests on her right shoulder sits on top of her flesh where it should wrap around the back of the weapon and that this character is too clean, Warhammer is a dirty world and so are its people. As I said though tiny tiny nitpicks, not to be bothered about. In a somewhat more constructive comment... Typically a Repentia's outfit is accompanied by a loincloth made from either the same fabric as the Hood or by an oversized Purity Seal, the black thong is fine, but it is rather plain. I would love to see this image enlarged and expanded to include their lower legs and see your take on the thigh-high platform boots that the Repentia wear and maybe also a full background to go with... but that's a fair bit more work. Really well done, I hope you do more from the 41st Millenium in the future.

2021-01-23 19:40:26 +0000 UTCOh I do love a cheeky bit of Warhammer so I'm very happy to see this deliciously sexy painting! π»π»π»π»π» Your Sister Repentia here looks glorious, I love the sexy, sassy pose with her hand on her waist as she thrusts her hips to one side, showing off her toned body and wonderful curves, made all the better by the full eye-contact as she flashes us this sly smirk. I also like the asymmetry in her body with her legs turned to her left as her arms are turned to her right, with each arm also posed different with one hand lowered as the other is raised. And having the big chainsword laid across her shoulder just looks so freaking cool too! The colours here look fantastic, I like the subtle gradient of cool to warm tones in the background, with the red of her sword and hood really popping against those cool colours. Her pale skin and all of the bandages and purity seals also look very vibrant too, with the lighter tones being distinct against the background. I also love the lighting on the chain-sword, with some of the bottom planes having this golden, warm colour, while the upper planes of the handle and chainsaw teeth are tinted a cool blue for a great contrast in tone. The details like the little chips and cracks in the metal and other various wear and tear on it look great also. The rendering on the sister herself is fantastic too, that hood has such a great texture to it, painterly and rough with hard edges showing those plane changes and areas where the material overlaps itself. In the un-hooded version, her hair looks gorgeous too, full of detail with nice contrasts in tone with the lightest sections on her fringe and in parts of the flowing pony-tail. Those rough textures for the bandages, purity seals and small sections of clothing all look very nice too and I really like how the scrolls from seals wrap over her body and crinkle and warp slightly. Another small detail that I really like is how the black straps on her leg actually squeeze into the skin. And in the fully nude preview, her muscle tone and the lighting on her skin is just gorgeous! I absolutely love her neck and fully revealed shoulder, both of which have very distinct contrast in light and shadow as well as hard edges to make those shapes and muscles really pop! The pecs/breasts too are beautifully defined and the lighter tones make them really stand out against the shadows wrapping around the bottom halves of the breasts as well as on her upper stomach. Her abs are beautifully defined too and I do also love the hints of warm, reddish lighting mixed in with the shadows on her right hip and thigh, giving her this extra warm vibrancy, while accentuating the shapes of her body. The face is just fantastic too with well defined features and her demeanour/expression just come across so damned sexy! π»π»π»π»π» Absolutely amazing work on this piece! This Sister may well be one of the sexiest characters you've painted and she has such a great expression and sense of texture throughout her body. ππππππππππππππππππππππππππππππ I wonder, in the final versions, might there be a variant where she's basically fully nude but still with the hood on? I think it could look especially sexy if she was missing her small bra but still had those two purity seals being the only things on her breasts, teasing her nipples.
