I was struck immediately by the beautiful, warm colour tones on display here, the setting sun (it's reflection in the water is a great touch), orange sky, Lana's hair, eyes and skin and even those leaves in the foreground (I like how you made them seem slightly out of focus), her grey attire and surface that she lies on provide a nice colour contrast to these warmer tones too. I love her hair, fringe sweeping across as strands on either side frame her beautifully painted face with those piercing yellow eyes. You've done a great job on her pose with her torso extended on the underside and pinching on the other with the contours of her hips leading down to her elegantly crossing legs, I particularly like the shapes at her left knee as it transitions to her calf. The anatomy looks fantastic as usual, I already mentioned the leg and in addition I really like her neck, clavicles, pec wrapping up to her deltoid and her lovely stomach. That you put the extra effort in to change the shape of the breasts based on whether or not there's a bra is something I greatly appreciate and we get the added bonus of seeing the transition from ribs to stomach with that centre crease. And lastly, the lighting is stunning, the warm edge-light running across her entire top side is just gorgeous and I really like the shadow that's cast onto her lower leg. Absolutely brilliant work and I have to say, my favourite painting of this term :D.
