I think everyone knows Cass = Second Chance Romance. I'll give you that one for free ;)
I'll also say that Azriel = Enemies to Lovers. Granted, that trope could also work for someone else, but there's another trope I'm looking for for that RO. And any other tropes I could think of for Az were too spoilery. When we meet Azriel in the game, MC and Az's relationship has progressed from Enemies to Reluctant Allies, but I feel the trope stands, as Enemies is where they started. Albeit off-screen.
Fun fact: My second favorite trope of all time There's Only One Bed appears in almost all the routes in one way or another. But that's less of a relationship trope and more of a situational one...

Az might not fake date the MC... but I wouldn't put it past him to pretend to be their lover/boyfriend for a minute if the opportunity arose...
