Faction and vendor updates

- Wraith Factions / mechanics have been updated so that Vigilants and city guards will attack them on sight. This includes the Wraiths that the player will summon -- so even though they're conjured permanently from the staff, you can't just walk through a city with an undead abomination floating after you.
- Zphenx and Lykoi have been updated as merchants who share a communal vendor cache at the Alchemist's Shack. Lykoi is an amateur, and can provide only the most basic items -- but Zphenx can create the same selection of elixirs that she had for her old employers, which includes those juicy max-duration invisibility potions.
This pretty much wraps up the development for the Darklight Tower Faction! We're now moving into comprehensive / holistic testing, which miiiiiight include adding in some Vigilant of Stendaar patrols to help prevent the Darklight Tower folks from stomping on players too hard, we'll see.
