💜Mutant Squirrels 01💜

Here’s the first preview of the 3D modeling process for our dangerous Mutant Nut-Gathering Squirrels! 🐿️ That’s right—we’ve started modeling these creepy critters, the only animal experiment from the Kandy Zoo that could be tamed and trained for a productive task: cracking and collecting nuts for Mr. Wonky’s chocolate creations (good pet). 🌰🍫

We began by taking inspiration from the elements we loved most in the Moodboard. Then, we studied the anatomy of the common gray squirrel (the species featured in the 2005 film) to develop a 3D model with some unique and original features. Among these standout traits are the ability to open their mouths in a fan-shaped split and a parrot-like tongue loaded with paralyzing venom. ⚠️ That’s right—these squirrels are toxic! ☣️ They will attack our Veroиa Kaprishka (a parody of Veruca), paralyze her, and drag her to the disposal chute. 🗑️🚮

Next up: fur and textures! This is when the squirrels will truly come to life. We’re confident these little monsters will look terrifyingly incredible once completed.
