Changes Coming to Patreon: More Content, New Tier Names, and Exclusive Access!

Hello, wonderful patrons!

I hope this announcement finds you well and creative as ever!
I’m writing to share some important updates that will take effect on August 1, 2024. 

There are a few changes on the horizon, and I want to make sure you're fully informed and excited about what's to come.

• What's Changing?

Starting August 1st, beloved DAILY content will be moving from Tier 2$ (Sparrow) to a brand new Tier 5$ Toucan (will be titled Chicken Tier).

I know this is a significant change, and I want to explain the reasons behind it. <3
Over the past few years, especially the last few months, general expenses have been rising steadily. Despite not having increased my prices since 2021, I now find it necessary to make this adjustment. I'm truly sorry for any inconvenience this might cause, but this change will help me keep up with the cost of living and continue providing you with high-quality+quantity content.

• Why It's Still a Great Deal!

Even with this price bump, I believe it's an unbeatable deal. For just a few dollars more, you'll be receiving over 30+ art pieces per month! And don't forget, my content comes with full permissions, meaning you can even use it for commercial purposes!

Plus, since I stand for affordable art, I'll be enhancing the value of your subscription. From August 1st, my daily posts will include even more content per post than before! You'll start to notice these changes in some of my upcoming July content, which will feature more details and additional art pieces per post. <3

• What Happens to Tier 2$ (Sparrow)?

On August 1st, Tier 2 (Sparrow) will be unpublished. However, this does not mean Sparrow subscribers will be deleted or lose access.

To elaborate further, all DAILY content posted until August 1st 2024 for Tier 2+ (Sparrow) patrons will remain available to all patrons, including those in Tier 2 (Sparrow). After August 1st, Tier 2 (Sparrow) will be retired, meaning no new patrons can join or see this pledge option. If current Tier 2 (Sparrow) patrons choose to stay at their current level, they will continue to be charged monthly as usual. However, Tier 2 (Sparrow) won't have access to DAILY content posted in Tier 5 (currently Toucan, soon to be Chicken Tier) after August 1st, 2024, as content will only be accessible to the tier it's posted in and higher. Tier 2 (Sparrow) current access to all my past DAILY content and content published until Aug 1st will remain available as long as Tier 2 (Sparrow) wants or until Sparrow decides to change Tier subscription. If Tier 2 (Sparrow) chooses to increase the pledge, Sparrow will be charged immediately for the difference and the new amount in full on the day of the Tier 2 (Sparrow) pledge the following month.

• Exclusive Content and More!

Starting August 1st, DAILY+ content, now in Tier 5$ (Toucan soon to be Chicken), will become exclusive to Patreon. Yes! This means DAILY+ will be available solely to Patreon subscribers! And DAILY+ will continue to feature its bright, warm yellow colors!

• New Tier Names and Colors!

Also updating the names of my Tiers to add a bit more fun:

• Tier 5 (Toucan) will be renamed to Chicken Tier, labeled as DAILY + exclusive!

• Tier 10 (Cockatoo) will become Duck Tier, labeled as WEEKLY!

• Tier 20 (Macaw) will be Parrot Tier, labeled as MONTHLY!

• Tier 40 (Duck) will be Toucan Tier, labeled as REWARD!

• Tier 50 (Flamingo) will be labeled EXCLUSIVE!

• Tier 100 (Peacock) will bear the label of a ''GOD!''

• Improved Displays!

Finally, the displays for DAILIES and BUNDLES will be tweaked slightly to contain more information and a clearer design. 
 

• Here’s a clear explanation to help you understand how this change affects your pledge and any upgrades you might want to make.
  
  For New Patrons:
  - If you pledge now, you will be charged for this month immediately.
  - Moving forward, you will be charged on your 1st pledge day of each month.
  
  For Existing Patrons:
  - If you increase your pledge amount, you’ll be charged immediately for the difference - ONLY! Then, you’ll be charged the new full amount on your first pledge day of the following month.
  
  For Annual Pledges:
  - The same rules apply. If you adjust your pledge, you will be charged only the difference and the changes will be effective immediately for upgrades and at the next billing cycle for downgrades.
