Getting Buff before Cliff Jump

The main reason why they wanted to go to this particular patch of forest was there was a hidden lake everyone liked to go swimming in. He brought his GoPro along as well since he figured he would be getting some awesome shots of him and his friends jumping into the water. The funny thing was, he always thought he looked bigger whenever he looked at himself through the lens. Today though, that got racketed up a notch when he saw that his body was actually more ripped and buff! Before he knew it, his arms, chest, and shoulders had doubled in size, and his six-pack had grown into the fabled eight-pack. Looks like this is going to be an interesting video...
