Yup I'm still here. Between the real world distractions and the corner I've painted my self into, I have very little finished work.
First Dr. Cahill is turning out to be a pain in the ass. If I set her up the way I originally intended, well I just doesn't make sense any more. I may make her into a side quest.
And speaking of side quests. I want to use all the girls in the freezer tubes as side adventures. Here's the problem. The game has become too big to compile.
Yeah really, the TyranoBuilder export is choking on the build. I feared hitting an upper limit someplace. Number of assets or stack space ... I never expected it to simply be file size. It's not the end of the world. I can reduce the resolution of some of the assets. 2k character images is probably excessive. That only buys a little space.
The other option is to just not pack that game. I can distribute the game in an uncompressed format. It's a little awkward especially on Mac, but it's possible. Hang tight while I figure out what to do with the engine and that annoying bimbo doctor.
