EUCALYPTUS PET HOSPITAL - a multi-use lot

A large veterinary practice fills the ground floor, along with a pet grooming room and a training ground. Upstairs is a residential space, perfect for your chief vet to live on site. Out back is a beautiful greenhouse, chicken coop, and there may even be a few wildlife friends to help you along the way. Uses LittleMsSam's Live In Vet lot trait, and lots of cc!
Made for 7 Eucalyptus Lane in San Sequoia.

INSTALLATION:
- Place the loose Tray files in your Tray folder
- Add the cc from the spreadsheet and my download to your mods folder if you don't already have it
- Remember to tick the 'Include CC' box when searching for the lot in your library

2023-10-15 06:40:56 +0000 UTCHi. You need to unzip the file from my download, inside are two more zipped folders with the tray files and my cc. Then in game you need to make sure you check the 'include cc' box in your library for it to show up.
