I had a bit of a reality check this week. I went to the doctor and found out my blood pressure is higher than it should be. I’ll be honest, I wasn’t surprised. I’ve been pushing hard this year. It’s been amazing, but I’ve definitely been putting myself to the limits. This was a good reminder to mind my habits. So I’m going to try and refocus my days a little. Nothing dramatic, but I’m going to be more intentional about rest, food, and weightlifting! (Did you know that one of my biggest hobbies is lifting?)

This doesn’t mean PTD is slowing down. Rather, I’m going to be relying on my team more so that I can keep on making cool merch and stories with a full tank of creative gas! Thanks for sticking with me. Your support means the world. I’m just learning to take care of myself the same way I take care of the work.
