PORTSIDE PARTYHOUSE - nightclub factory lot

Portside Pantyhose once made its name as the premier maker of high end hosiery. Overseeing the process from beginning to end, owner and proprietor Stanley Garter Esq. worked day and night to make the company a success, no matter the cost. And there was a cost... to his marriage. Some say Stanley could often be seen sleeping in his office, and slowly became a tragic figure, a shadow of his former self. No one knows quite what happened, but Portside Pantyhose eventually shut its doors and fell into disrepair. Now a near empty shell, local kids and partygoers break into the old factory and have dubbed it Portside Partyhouse.

Included in the downloads are the tray files (place loose in your Tray folder), my cc, and one piece of cc by siminimonster that is no longer available and from whom I was kindly given permission what seems now like an age ago. Please place the cc in your Mods folder.

You will need to download a small handful of cc from other creators to get everything to show up exactly as it is here.
