[Concept art] Iulius' design (sfw)

Alice: Diamante and I have kind of decided how Iulius will be at the beginning of our webcomic, and here he is in all his glory! (*≧▽≦)

We wanted him to be a bit different from his usual self, so we tried to see how sideburns worked on him: I didn't think that he could pull them off, but he surprised me and I think he looks great. He also has a different hairstyle than usual, and I really like that too.

His clothes were pretty much decided a bit of time ago. I knew that he wore a corset because he finds it very comfortable and it helps him with his back pain, while the other clothes represent his status as a member of the royal court.
