Chopper likes to help his friends relax from time to time using the rumble ball to make his reindeer ass bigger. Being the experienced doctor that he his, he knows very well his permanent gaping anus is not the result of the drug he's using, but rather of the countless hours he's been riding big dildos.
He's a doctor, he probably knows what he's doing.

I love it. I've only ever seen 2 images where I wanted to see LESS of the character, but there's something special about just NOT being able to see his face over his gut. TY
