Which popular hot sauce do you want me to try replicate?

Buffalo style sauce. Not ridiculous hot

Yellow Bird Hab, trader joes habanero, and aardvark! Those are my three favorite and I don't know if I could pick a top one out of those!

How about something more asian? I thought the Hainan Yellow Lantern sauce was awesome.

Would love to see a Jalapeno based sauce like a Green Pepper Jalapeno Sauce. I feel like the video would do super well because Jalapeno peppers are carried by most grocery stores (at least in the US) so people can follow along who don't grow their own peppers like a lot of us do.

I agree with João and Steve. While I like the hotter sauces, a good homemade Tabasco would be kind neat to make. The other one I like that I just bought was a Habanero Honey sauce from Puckerbutt.. I assume the honey was added after, but don't know how they prevented a second fermentation (if it was fermented at all).

I would be happy if you do any peri-peri type of hot sauce. Love that pepper taste in a hot sauce. But give it some kick.

I haven’t tried to many hot sauces, I tried Franks red hot sauce in US a couple of years ago and I really liked the taste, but I think your sauces probably already are at that level so I rather see a rerun of splash of lava or any of the sauces you are really proud of, for us who wasn’t ready to buy when this was on sale

I know it may seem kind of boring, but original Tabasco with a bit more heat.
