This announcement has been months in the making, but we're finally ready to release our new commerce platform: Tool Trader.
After years of trying to help people use eBay and other sites to find vintage tools, we just gave up and built our own! Tool Trader is the new place to buy and sell woodworking tools. It's got all the features of a big commerce platform, but with the feel of a small community. It's also got innovative social media features like live video and discussion forums.
We think Tool Trader is going to be the place for serious artisans to buy and sell tools, and today we're opening the site to Patrons only for a special preview. All the details are in the video, but you can join right now and get automatically approved for a seller account in the next few days.
Just go to www.tooltrader.net and click Join Marketplace. And early next week, you'll get your seller account without doing anything else.
We can't wait to see the things people do in this new space.

I did have a question about the EU problem. Is it just in the shipping cost? For example, my PayPal funds cone from a stateside bank so there is no exchange rate. Is it possibly due to tariff’s? Thanks for any info someone can offer.

No offense but while your marketing expands, for me your content is getting less relevant. I do understand the niche and wish you a lot of success while I keep an eye on your content here.

I am a hobby tool collector and restorer (and amateur woodworker for fun) and yesterday I was thinking to myself I have so many tools that I have collected and restored, or needs to be restored, and I need to get rid of some. I've bought and sold on eBay before, but it just isn't what I like. I'm looking forward to using this platform to share what I have, and find things that I am looking for.

I am at my public library using their WiFi, maybe there is a problem there. I work for a public school district that restricts what I can see - but when I run into that I get a BIG RED screen saying, YOU CAN'T GO THERE! then I can ask for permission. I don't see that. And finally, maybe there's a problem with ToolTrader.net. I hope this helps.
