This is my Louisiana style hot sauce. Mix it with some butter and coat chicken wings for some delicious Buffalo Wings! It is not very spicy so can be used as an everyday sauce. Try it on fried eggs!

This is the ultimate version of my Louisiana style hot sauce. I have been working on this recipe for a while now, and I think it is just about perfect for what I was going for. Mix it with some butter and coat chicken wings for some delicious Buffalo Wings! This is quite a bit spicier than my standard Blazing Buffalo sauce.
