What I have been getting up to in my "down time"!

Here are a couple photos of what I have been up to, and a sneak peek at what I will be doing in 2019!
Firstly, I have setup my new IBC's (1000 litre water containers). This is one of them:
I have also been shopping, Ikea has some decently priced starter gear for hydroponics. So I got some of their Vaxer range to start my seeds (on the recommendation from Jukka Fatalii). I will be doing a side by side this year with my normal grow as well as some hydro:
And then lastly, I have started doing some work on my automation system. I need to incorporate some more "zones" for watering (specifically for the polytunnel). First things first though, I need to get the battery charged! The weather we have been having in the UK lately means no real sunshine for the last few weeks
Its going to be a good year!
