2019 Video Schedule

I have been thinking about how I release videos next year, and I wanted to have some more consistency with the release day, but also I wanted to figure out what you want to see. So far this year I have put out 24 update episodes, and in-between all of those I have released quite a few sauce, recipe, how-to, and other miscellaneous videos. I have been releasing videos as I was able to get them completed.
For 2019 I will be setting a schedule. I am trying to decide between a video a week or a video every two weeks. Part of that decision is how often I release my Update Episodes. My question to you is, would you be happier with a longer Update Episode once a month (accumulating my updates through the month for a single episode). Or do you prefer more frequent Update Episodes?
