One Week to Woodturning (Revised Edition)

Today, I'm releasing the Revised Edition of my first book. We fixed a few errors, updated some technical information, re-drew a few digital images, and reset the whole thing in a nicer font.
You can buy it on Kindle, which is a totally fine way to read the book, but starting today, we're releasing the book as an unrestricted PDF without Digital Rights Management or any of that nonsense.
With the PDF version, the images are in full color and you can easily print pages if you like. It's a better format for a technical book like this. (If you need large type, buy the Kindle version.)
We're also giving Patrons a 30% discount on the PDF version. (Amazon won't let me do discounts on the Kindle). Just buy the book from my store and use the code PATRON30 at checkout. This code is only good until the end of December.
If you already have the book, no need to buy it again. This is only a Revised Edition and the changes are modest.
Big shout-out to my wife, Angela, who did most of the hard work to get this new edition ready. I don't mention her very often because she hates attention, but Angela is a vital part of this business and handles many administrative details that I would only mess up.

You know, I was never happy enough with that lathe to release the plans. For what it cost in parts, I suggest buying the small Wen lathe I've been using in videos. It's very nice for the price.

2021-12-23 15:34:36 +0000 UTCWe've tried and tried. Amazon will not accept the cover design no matter what we do to it. They say it's sized wrong regardless of the changes we make. They even sent me several physical test copies and they look great, but when I try to activate the print on demand feature, they keep telling me it's wrong. I've lost DAYS trying to fix this.

Guess I have to be lead by hand 😳. I purchased the DRM free PDF thru your Patreon post links (thank you for the discount) and do not know how to download it now. All links lead to insanity. Please help me. BTW Angela, please consider doing at least one episode with Rex. It is not about bringing attention to yourself but to Rex’s work as a teacher of woodworking. Of course a girl can do woodworking, it just seems that we all must see someone like ourselves doing it before we ever consider trying it ourselves.
