A quick note on taxes

Patreon was recently ordered to start collecting local sales tax in some jurisdictions for some benefits. There's no way to avoid this, but Patreon does allow creators to adjust settings to make the tax burden as low as possible.
Since I don't give away tangible stuff, any taxes you get charged should be minimal (and will be totally based on your physical location.) Additionally, Patreon has added the category "General Support" as a benefit. This benefit should carry the LOWEST tax liability, so I've added it to each tier and assigned it the highest value possible.
As far as I know, I've done everything I can to minimize the taxes you pay while still conducting this business in a way that's ethical (and legal). If I find out about any other adjustments I can make, I'll be sure to do it right away.

Okay, back to making stuff. I just finished shooting this week's video and I'm about to take it over to Nate for editing. It will be up on Saturday, just like usual.
