Soul Guided Technology is basically the tech we currently have in the world but it needs soul power to activate. For example the lighter has a crystal inside it that triggers fire when soul power is injected into it. People with no soul power can’t really use the tech. The crystals that make this possible are from the RiYue (Sun Moon) Kingdom. I think they’ll explain more later because the tech is really important to the story.
