The skill with the Red cloud he used to pull Chrysanthemum from the Sky at the beginning isn't Titan Gravity Hit. It's his second 8th Soul Skill- Blue Silver Tiger Whale Demon's Fright. (He also used it against the 5 Haotian Elders)
...and he used both his 9th Skills of Blue Silver Emperor since it's a Red Ring. He didn't have to but he did so because he promised to give Chrysanthemum a Quick and worthy death.
9th skill 1- Tenacity of Blue Silver Intertwined Azure Dragon
9th Skill 2 - Soul of Blue Silver Flying Azure Dragon.
The skill is called "Dragon" because the Azure Bull Python (Da Ming) finally was able to complete its final evolution into a Dragon after sacrificing and fusing with Tang San who has a God Power Attribute.
