My favourite part is when XiaoYan starts casting the Flames and Hai Bodong says "This is gonna get too ugly too soon"
Too bad he was right and everything that came after doesn't make sense:
"He was doing shady shit" (does that mean that your sect supports shady shit?)
The shadow guy stops the sect master from arriving earlier, the only one who could protect XiaoYan. (the role of that shadow will conflict direcly with that, but it was for the sake of plot, or the next 11 episodes wouldn't happen)
Even Yanran knows he was doing shady shit and she doesn't tell, she even spoke with sect master about it
Alchemysts are a treasure of the world and xiao yan has a high rank even, alchemyst chief does nothing, not even speak.
