The startled statue was on the island when the student met Euryale, too. You can see her in the background on pages 4 and 5 of the story :)

2020-02-19 23:26:31 +0000 UTCI just wanted to mention that I recognized the statue on the tall pedestal in Image 6 as the redheaded college student who was petrified while on summer vacation in a Eurayle peril pinup a couple years ago. Glad she was moved to the main gallery 😊 Also, I wouldn’t mind seeing a closer-up of the statue in the back left of Image 6! She looks like she was caught bathing and was quite surprised! 😂
