I just rewatched and when Bosaixi is praying on her knees, what if instead of "speaking" to Seagod she were "speaking" to TangChen? She is thinking about him for the whole scene. If it is like that it would be quite awesome cause it is a lot of information in a subtle way. (Until I see the chinese original dialogue I and read ζ¨ which is the "respectful" form of you, which is not likely be used to talk to a lover) But what if?

It was just so satisfying and I can't wait to see your reaction to it. And yes, they definitely outshine the novel and patch up all the plot holes.
