As someone who saw Tarantino’s movies as they came out in the theaters, it’s hard to overstate how big of a leap forward Inglorious Basterds was for his storytelling. I love all his movies but I feel like he really came into his own with this film.

I'm not a great one to recommend his films because those 2 are pretty much it for me. Mel Gibson is another one who I struggle with now that we know he's a Hugh Jashole. I'll still watch his films but I don't enjoy them as much as I used to. For me, the reason to watch LW3 is Joe Pesci.
